- ACIMEX recommends the replacement of spare parts via its own distribution network, because any other use of external branded parts may endanger the safety of the personnel employed in the use of the device and cannot be part of the terms of the guarantee contract.
- A maintenance contract can be established by ACIMEX experts who come on the customer’s site, diagnose and perform maintenance according to parts wear. A preventive maintenance certificate will be issued following the intervention.
