All handling solutions realized by ACIMEX are guaranteed one year after the date of installation of the device. This warranty does not cover wear parts that must be changed according to the hours of use of the equipment.

Organization of the after-sales service at ACIMEX

Offering a proper after-sales service has become a main issue for ACIMEX. With this undeniable indicator of customer satisfaction, ACIMEX gives itself the means to become responsive and proactive.
The team is composed of qualified technicians and automation specialists who diagnose the breakdown by phone and offer a curative maintenance. Often, this phone support is sufficient but sometimes a more detailed intervention onsite is necessary.

To manage the urgent replacement of defective parts, ACIMEX has a permanent stock of more than 700 references with a delivery time of 2 to 10 days depending on the urgency, door to door.
The company has also worked on the logistics flows of its small packages and has recently signed an express transport contract allowing it to deliver its customers in France in 24 hours and abroad in 48 / 72h.

How to get a good ACIMEX after-sales management ?

- On delivery of an ACIMEX device, each user receives an instruction manual, including a spare parts list to be able to establish a maintenance plan. The reading of this document is strongly recommended for a better use and a regular maintenance of the machine.

- ACIMEX recommends the replacement of spare parts via its own distribution network, because any other use of external branded parts may endanger the safety of the personnel employed in the use of the device and cannot be part of the terms of the guarantee contract.

- A maintenance contract can be established by ACIMEX experts who come on the customer’s site, diagnose and perform maintenance according to parts wear. A preventive maintenance certificate will be issued following the intervention.
