The nesting lifter for pipes, an ACIMEX patent
With its smart nesting tube-holder lifter, ACIMEX contributes to a simplified site management. This lifter is ideal for the handling and nesting of ductile iron pipes on any water distribution or sanitation network construction site, ranging in size from DN150 to 1500. Owing to its maneuverability, it allows more security for the personnel, compliance with installation recommendations and a real improvement in throughput.

The Starlift vacuum pipe lifter designed by ACIMEX moves and rotates tubes to allow their unloading and storage in complete safety, as well as their implementation onsite. In this case, the lifter is used as an accessory to a shovel or crane, and is used outdoors for the cladding of tubes. The standalone pipe lifter allows tubular loads weighing up to 15 tons to be lifted, and is ideally suited to the laying of pipes in excavations.
